Somerby Golf Community Memberships

The anchor of Somerby is a luxurious 38,000 square foot Clubhouse which features all amenities a member would need from 2 restaurants, luxurious locker rooms, fitness facility, 2 swimming pools and a wine cellar. The Championship Golf Course designed by John Fought /Tom Lehman design stretches to 7,209 yards and features five sets of tees suitable for all golfers of all skill levels. The course also features unmatched course conditions with beautiful sunsets and serenity. Dotted with thick stands of trees, meandering creeks and handsome pockets of grassy wetlands, the course takes a scenic tour of the property.

Somerby has 2 great restaurants. Chophouse Restaurant & Lounge is an upscale casual Midwest steakhouse environment with great menu items emphasizing excellent cuts of steak and daily specials. The Family Grille provides an environment for the family to enjoy with fun family fare including a pizza oven, wraps, great salads and sandwiches to fit any occasion.

Somerby has numerous memberships to offer from golf memberships that are made up of regular golf, junior golf and corporate golf. Golf memberships provide full privileges for the member to take advantage of all amenities from the golf course/practice facility to the entire clubhouse.

Somerby also offers Social membership for both residents and non-residents of the community which provide the member full access to the clubhouse and all social amenities at the club.

Somerby also has a National Membership made up of individual and corporate that are golf memberships for those individuals who reside 50 miles or over from the club.

Golf Memberships

Golf membership made up will entitle the member to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, social, dining and other facilities of the Club. Golf Members will not pay greens fees or court fees for the use of golf and tennis facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart rental fees/ range fees and optional bag storage and locker rental fees.

Golf Members receive a 20% discount off of all merchandise in the golf shop.
Golf Instruction: Private and group lessons are available with hourly rates.

Practice Facilities: Large driving range; putting green, chipping area. Front and back teeing ground.

Junior Golf Memberships

Junior Golf Membership comes with the same privileges as regular golf members but are for those individuals between the ages of 25 and 39 years of age. The member will be entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, social, dining and other facilities of the Club. Golf Members will not pay greens fees or court fees for the use of golf and tennis facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart rental fees/ range fees and optional bag storage and locker rental fees.

Corporate Golf Memberships

Corporate golf members come with the same privileges as regular golf members and are designed as business membership which include a total of up to 4 designees per Corporate golf members. The member will be entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, social, dining and other facilities of the Club. Golf Members will not pay greens fees or court fees for the use of golf and tennis facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart rental fees/ range fees and optional bag storage and locker rental fees.

National Golf Memberships

National Golf Membership come with all golf privileges and are designed for those members who reside 50 miles from the club. This membership is equipped with a non equity/non refundable initiation payment with a one time annual due. The member will be entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, social, dining and other facilities of the Club. Golf Members will not pay greens fees or court fees for the use of golf and tennis facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart rental fees/ range fees and optional bag storage and locker rental fees.

Social Memberships

Social membership will entitle the member to use the entire Somerby clubhouse which includes both restaurants and all lower level amenities which include locker rooms, fitness rooms, swimming pools and tennis courts.
